Our initial meeting with you, a potential client, determines your most pressing utility needs. Since every client is different, we design our strategies to address critical and urgent individual needs.

Greenlight works at risk on a performance based shared savings. If we don't save you money, we will never come back to bill you for our hours.

To begin analysis, here is a list of what we will need from you:

A signed agreement
One month's copy of each electric, natural gas, and water/sewer bill
Three months' copies of the solid waste bills
A Letter of Agency (we supply) giving us permission to request your billing histories from the utilities
